Petrolimex deploys E-receipt for POS transactions

As of July 1, 2024, the Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex/Group) officially implements an electronic receipt (E-receipt) solution for all POS transactions at over 2,700 of its petrol stations nationwide.

E-receipts will replace paper receipts, providing customers with easier access to store and retrieve transaction information. If customers encounter any issues while using the e-receipt solution at Petrolimex’s petrol stations, please contact the Group’s hotline at 19002828 for assistance.

The adoption of e-receipts is another step in Petrolimex’s digital transformation plan, aiming to enhance convenience and customer experience during transactions with Petrolimex.

After each transaction using the POS machine, customers can receive an electronic receipt (E-receipt) in one of these three methods: 

Method 1: Scan the QR code on the POS machine to receive the e-receipt, and then enter your email address to receive the code and link for retrieving the receipt.

Method 2: Take a photo or write down the e-receipt search code and you can retrieve the receipt on the HDBank website using this link: https://cards.hdbank.com.vn/trasoat/HDBPortal/EReceipt/Customer

Method 3: Provide your email address to the salesperson, and then the code and link for retrieving the e-receipt will be sent to your email address.
