Mr. Pham Trong Chinh, fueler of Petrolimex Aviation Joint Stock Company branch in Ho Chi Minh City was directly handed Commendation letter by Mr. Hatano, Chief Engineer of Japan Airlines (JAL) in Ho Chi Minh City for his responsible action when refueling JAL aircraft.

It was at 23 o’clock of 2 September 2012, after completing the fuelling for JAL aircraft JA602J in Tan Son Nhat airport, and after fully closing the fueling panel , Mr. Chinh observed that the signal light was still on (normally it should be off). Conceiving that this is not normal, Mr. Chinh promptly informed JAL technician for inspection and remedy for the safe and timely flight.

JAL took note of and highly appreciate Mr. Chinh’s responsible action and decided to commend in time. Besides, JAL Vietnam Chief Representative Mr. Dai Yoneda sent gift to Mr. Chinh. Petrolimex Aviation Director General promptly commended Mr. Chinh.
