Petrolimex Saigon greets Professor Tanaka from Meisei University, Japan

On Febuary, 2nd.2018, at 15 Le Duan street, District 1, HCM City - Petrolimex Saigon’s Headquarter, greeting professor Tanaka Hiromasa and students from Meisei University - Japan visiting and refering about producing and business of the Company.

Welcoming the delegation, there were Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex/ Group) - Board of Directors Head of Human Resources Le Van Huong, Personnel Organization Department Mananger of Petrolimex Nguyen Tri Thien; On behalf of Petrolimex Saigon, there were Company Chairman Nguyen Van Canh and Deputy Director Dao Van Hung.

Professor Tanaka Hiromasa is currently working at the Faculty of International Education - Meisei University, Japan. As a leading specialist in HR, he has been teaching in high-level training courses under the cooperation program between Japan Cooperation Center of Petroleum (JCCP) and Vietnam National Petroleum Group.

Greeting the delegation, Petrolimex Member Board of Directors, Head of Human Resources Le Van Huong expressed the honour to have Professor Tanaka’s delegation visiting. At the same time, Mr. Huong emphasized the value of those courses that organized by JCCP, particularly the lecturers brought by professor Tanaka such a huge amount of useful and valuable knowledge to all the trainees. Thus, contributing effectively to the development of human resources for the Group. On behalf of Petrolimex, he would like to express the greatfulness and hoping for a opportunity to cooperate with Professor Tanaka in the future.

After visiting Nha Be Oil Terminal and Petroleum Retail Enterprise (on the same day), Professor Tanaka appreciated the infrastructure of Petrolimex Saigon, the information was obtained from the trip, all are really useful for him as well as the student group in researching and implementation for projects in the field of petroleum at Meisei University. Professor also shared his views on human resource management in the age of globalization, the difference in leadership style between the West and the East, and pointed out the harmonious way to bring out the best of high efficiency.
