Petrolimex to officially use e-bill on April 1

Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) organised a training course to go liveelectronic billingon the SAP/ERP – INVOICE system in Lao Cai City on February 27.

The course was opened for more than 100 managers and workers of six petroleum companies from the provinces of Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Lai Chau, Dien Bien, Yen Bai and Lao Cai.

An overview of the training course

The training provided participants with knowledge of electronic bills; methods to apply electronic bills; and the management of electronic billing-based petroleum trading activities in the localities.

Participants gain knowledge of e-bills

As scheduled, the electronic billing payment will be officially applied throughout the whole system of Petrolimex in the country as of April 1, 2018.

The implementation of electronic billing for petroleum retails will prevent illegal petroleum trading of certain enterprises, prevent tax losses for the State, stop trade frauds; and make it easy for customers to receive e-bills through emails or Petrolimex website.
