On 28 September 2008 The Ministry of Science and Technology issued the document no.2080/XN-BKHCN confirming the registration of agreement on technical cooperation and technological transfer PECO/TASN/NMR-DP/2007 signed between Petrolimex Petroleum Equipment Joint Stock Company (PECO) with TATSUNO and Nomura Trading Company (Japan).

Acceding to the signed agreement , Tatsuno and Nomura Trading Company will continue supporting PECO to proceed with the localization of dispenser Neo-Sunny and subsequent series of Tatsuno.

Assessing that PECO is a reliable partner in Vietnam, Tatsuno and Nomura Trading Company commit through PECO to supply most modern and highest quality electronic oil dispensers to Vietnamese customers.
