ON THE TRANSFORMATION OF ENTERPRISE

In implementation of Decision No: 828/QD-TTg dated 31st May 2011 by the Prime Minister on the approval of the equitization and restructuring of the Vietnam National Petroleum Corporation into a multiple ownership petroleum group, and in accordance with Resolution No: 01/2011/NQ-DHDCD of 20th November 2011 by the Share Holders General Meeting, from the 1st of December, 2011 the Vietnam National Petroleum Group officially operates under the Law on Enterprises in the form of a joint stock company and relevant laws and regulations.
