On August 1st , 2014, Quang Ngai single member petroleum company LTD –Petrolimex Quang Ngai officially sold gasoline E5 RON 92 at the first two service stations : Service station No 01 (at 306 Quang Trung) and service station No 12 (at 07 Nguyen Chanh).

Clients for gasoline at the service station are as numerous as before

Gasoline E5 RON 92 was imported from Dung Quat Refinery – Binh Son petrochemical refinery company.

The price of gasoline E5 RON 92 is the same as gasoline unleaded RON 92, i.e. in zone 1 at 25,310 d/actual liter, and zone 2 at 25,810 d/actual liter.

With close and practical guidance of Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) and The People’s Committee of Quang Ngai province , Petrolimex Quang Ngai made careful preparations for the business of gasoline E5 RON 92 in line with the itinerary set out by the People’s Committee (earlier than that by the government) .

Besides the education of the officers and workers on the target and task, retraining on the knowledge in gasoline E5, full preparation and readiness of infrastructure before the loading of gasoline E5 RON 82, Petrolimex launched the news on website www.quangngai.petrolimex.com.vn diffusing related information from Petrolimex and informing news media for a coordinated effort toward the customers and the public.

Notes from the two first service stations showed that in the first day gasoline E5 RON 92 was on sale, numerous buyers came to buy as other days before and the volume of gasoline on sale was stable.

By planning of Petrolimex Quang Ngai, by August 15th 2014 all service stations of Petrolimex Quang Ngai would simultaneously sell gasoline E5 RON 92 . Next to that, Petrolimex Quang Ngai continues to work with agents to cleanse tanks for the loading of gasoline E5 RON 92 in August 2014 to ensure that by September the 1st 2014 all distribution system of Petrolimex Quang Ngai sell gasoline E5 RON 92 in compliance with the planning of the People’s Committee of Quang Ngai province .
