On 08.30.2016, being authorized by the Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex/Group) and the Petrolimex Saigon, Petrolimex Kien Giang (PKC) collaborated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Commission (Fatherland Front) in Kien Giang province held a ceremony to inaugurate rural bridge in Group 8, in Ta Keo Vam hamlet, Phi Thong commune, Rach Gia City.

Attending the ceremony there are Provincial Standing Committee - Head of Provincial People Mobilization of Kien Giang Province Lam Hoang Sa, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Kien Giang Province Pham Thanh Hung, Standing member of Committee - Chairman of Vietnam Fatherland Front of Rach Gia City Luu Van Quang, representing leaders of Rach Gia city, and affluency of local people in Group 8, 9, Takeo Vam hamlet; About the Donors, there are Deputy Director of Petrolimex Kien Giang Nguyen Phong Thien, was authorized by Petrolimex.

This is one of the projects funded by the Program's Petrolimex social policy in Kien Giang province Phase II (2014-2018).

Celebrating 71 years of the August Revolution and Indipendence Day September 2nd (1945-2016), Petrolimex together with local authorities inaugurated and put into use the rural bridge has truely practical meaningful for the local citizens in Ta Keo Vam hamlet in particular and Phi Thong commune, Rach Gia city in general; this is also the honor of Petrolimex - always concern about social responsibility to the community - contributing along with the commune authorities in the solidification system of bridges, rural roads to serve the needs of transportation, trading of local people in those destitute areas.
